We are excited to offer a 5-week Community Yoga series. This series is FREE. Our Program Director and Personal Trainer Chelcy Westphal is completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification and will be offering this series at no cost. You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire at the end of each class to give valuable input for her instruction.

The 5-week series will be broken down into the following components:
Week 1 (April 18th): Intro to Yoga
Week 2 (April 25th): Restorative
Week 3 (May 2nd): Hatha
Week 4 (May 9th): Vinyasa Slow Flow
Week 5 (May 16th): Vinyasa Power Flow
