Our Core class connects breath to movement to allow for a completely supported center. Using techniques from yoga and pilates this class is great for those who are well seasoned in a gym routine and for those who have limitations or injuries.

Our Power Core class uses techniques from pilates, yoga, and high intensity interval training to get your heart rate up and light the fire in your bodies true core. Utilizing stabilizing muscles from your abdominals, back, shoulders, and glutes, this core class will leave your whole body feeling strong and stable.
