Elemental Yoga Series
Flow thru postures inspired by the elements with Ana Lake.
Come join the me as we explore the earth's elements in a series of yoga flows. Fire will be a quick flow that matches your breath to the quick paced movement in a warmer environment. Water will be a gentler flow were we fluidly move our bodies. While, Air, we will play around with gravity using balance and strength to feel as though we are in the air. Lastly, Earth we will dive deep in a primal flow using a lot of strong poses to move us forward. I am in hoping Each class as we dive deep into the elements of the earth, you will inwardly discover things about yourself.
