Your trainer will guide you thru alignment and engagement cues while learning movement patterns suitable for all in their pursuit to a sustainable life. Whether your goals are to move with ease, reduce risk for injury, build strength, and mobility this workshop is for you.
This 75 minute workshop will start with 20 minute educational discussion and the remaining portion will be going thru the foundations of our functional training

We will explore 2 different aspects of Functional Training; Foundations: learn and perfect the movement patterns needed to keep up with everyday tasks, recreational activities, and sustained movement and mobility for life.
High Intensity Interval Training: appropriate for those who have already gone thru 4 weeks of Foundations and are ready to use those movement patterns, stability, and mobility to move with power, strength, speed, and agility.
