SCULPT Mat Pilates 6-week Series begins September 15th
Equal standing and seated postures for a total body workout. Using Pilates balls, small weights, and bands this class will target muscles from head to toe, with a concentration on form and breath. Be ready to work your core, pelvic floor, booty, back, arms, and everything in between.
Our newest addition to the class schedule is sure to impress with great music, fun moves, and lots of toning and sculpting.
Your instructor is newly certified as a mat pilates instructor, but has years of experience in mindbody practices including yoga. And a functional movement certification from the worlds top pilates organization Balanced Body in functional movement.
The next 6-week series begins September 15th
Along with limited class size, social distancing and extra sanitation measures throughout this series.
Our classes will be limited to 8 people per class while implementing social distancing. We will have mats and blankets available for use, that are sanitized and washed between classes. You are also welcome to bring your own may mat and props. Face masks during a workout may do more harm than good, so we ask to use them at your discretion. Implementing 6-foot spaces will be crucial in making sure everyone feels safe and respected. We will have hand sanitizer for everyone and isopropyl alcohol for disinfecting.
