HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training
8-week challenge series begins in march
We are looking for a group of 6-10 people who are ready to commit to a structured 8-week series of 2 classes per week.
Each HIIT class will be 45 minutes long with a 10 minute body weight warm up and 5 minute cooldown, leaving you with 30 minutes of high intensity intervals using body weight plyometric movements, cardio blasts, and resistance based exercises with weights.
