To better support our members and instructors goals we have transitioned to a series based group class programming. We offer 6 week series of classes.
We offer 4 Types of Class Series:
HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training
FIT: Functional Interval Training
SCULPT: Pilates
FLOW: Yoga
Series are an excellent way to monitor the progress of our clients, and allow clients appropriate progression and modifications as a group. Commitment and accountability were huge factors in our decision to switch to a series only model of classes. We truly care about our clients goals. "A Goal without a Plan is just a wish"- so, here we have the plan for you, you choose a 6-week commitment and we do the rest. We educate you as a group, format the classes to progress collectively, and design the workouts based on what we see from our clients every week. Your goals + support from your group + progressively planned classes= results
All classes require registration for the entire duration of the series. Drop-in's available only on a limited basis.
A minimum of 4 people registered are required to continue with the series. Resgistration is due the day before class series start.

Description of Classes
HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training
HIIT High Intensity Interval Training focuses on exercises that use major muscle groups, compound movements, and high intensity movements that tap the energy sources inside the muscle allowing you to achieve amazing results in this 45 minute class. Boost your metabolism and burn calories for hours after your workout.
FIT: Functional Interval Training
FIT: Functional Interval Training Perfect for anyone and everyone. A full body workout that incorporates free weights, accessory equipment, and machines. A workout designed with all elements; the appropriate warm-up, mobility work, strength training, cardio intervals, and cool down. Each exercise is designed around a functional movement pattern, ie the movements that you do everyday, and should do with ease.
FIT: Senior Functional Interval Training is 45 minutes of low intensity aerobics that incorporate core stabilization, proper breathing instruction, and gentle body weight strengthening. Using exercises that target muscle engagement for everyday functional movements. 15 minutes of class is dedicated to stretching and balance work. This class is suitable for seniors and aging adults.
SCULPT: Pilates
SCULPT Barre This class incorporates mat and ballet barre exercises using balls and weights to challenge the whole body, building strength and grace. You will leave feeling refreshed and worked!
SCULPT Core This class will introduce a series of specific core strengthening exercises that help to correct muscle imbalances and develop your central core stability. You will leave this class with resources to perform your daily activities with ease, reduce pain, and improved flexibility through your spine and hips. This class is suitable for those seeking to increase their understanding of their true core, as well as those who have had a history of pain or injuries in their back or hips.
SCULPT Mat Pilates Equal standing and seated postures for a total body workout. Using pilates balls, small weights, and bands this class will target muscles from head to toe, with a concentration on form and breath.
FLOW: Yoga
SLOW FLOW Learn yoga poses and modifications that will allow you to be successful in core strengthening and increasing flexibility. Each class provides personal modifications and emphasizes integrating mind, body, energy, and breath–all within a playful, supportive environment. Beginners welcome!
POWER FLOW A vigorous practice that will flow through movements connecting breath and intention. We will flow through a ladder style vinyasa that builds heat with each evolving sun salutation. We will explore the power of breath and end end class with a short meditation. It is recommended that you have some previous experience in yoga.
VINYASA FLOW This class focuses primarily on connecting our movement to breath through seated and standing asanas. Each class is cultivated with intention and explores the subtle body. Previous experience with yoga is not required. Vinyasa means a gradual progression or a step-by-step approach that systematically and appropriately takes a student from one point and safely lands them at the next point. It is sometimes described as the "breathing system," or the union of breath and movement that make up the steps.
MOBILITY FLOW Flow thru a series of movements that connects both aspects of traditional yoga asana (or postures) and functional movement training. Explore the ways that your body was born to move and gain techniques that will allow you to approach life with more ease and confidence.
RECOVERY FLOW This class is targeted for men and athletes who desire strengthening poses and modifications for lengthening poses. Perfect for those seeking the perfect combination of strength and length, high intensity and relaxation.
GENTLE FLOW & DEEP STRETCH This class is perfect for all levels. Those who want to connect with their body and breath and experience meditation thru movement. This class structure allows a simple and slow flow sequence that prepares you for long hold in relaxing postures. Release tension from body and mind.

We limit our classes to 12 people to create a personalized and comfortable environment. Our classes are designed with each individual in mind, that is why we ask that you RSVP. Each exercise can be varied by your instructor to suit your individual needs and abilities. All classes are subject to change. If there are fewer than 3 RSVP's for any class the class is subject to cancellation. As much as your time is valuable to us, so is the time of our instructors. Many of our instructors travel to our facility and we want to be sure that they are compensated for their time adequately. We appreciate your understanding.
