CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
FIT: Functional Interval Training
This 55 minutes class is perfect for anyone and everyone. A full body workout that incorporates free weights, accessory equipment, and machines. A workout designed with all elements; the appropriate warm-up, mobility work, strength training, cardio intervals, and cool down. Each exercise is designed around a functional movement pattern, ie the movements that you do everyday. Whether your goals are to move with ease, reduce risk for injury, build strength, and mobility this class is for you.
HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training
Each HIIT class is 45 minutes long with a 10 minute body weight warm up and 5 minute cooldown, leaving you with 30 minutes of high intensity intervals using body weight plyometric movements, cardio blasts, and resistance based exercises with weights.
FLOW: Yoga
Each FLOW Yoga Class is 60 minutes long. Connect body and breath and experience meditation thru movement. This class structure allows a simple and slow flow sequence that prepares you for variety of holds in relaxing postures. Release tension from body and mind, improve flexibility, improve balance, and support joint health.
SCULPT: Mat Pilates
Equal standing and seated postures for a total body workout. Using Pilates balls, small weights, and bands this class will target muscles from head to toe, with a concentration on form and breath. Be ready to work your core, pelvic floor, booty, back, arms, and everything in between.
