Group training seriesThis special offering will allow group train participants to train together while reaching their fitness goals with the expert help of a personal trainer. Each training session is designed with each individual in mind, circuits are run as a group but each exercise is modified for each individual's goals and limitations.
Group Training Series A & B consist of 8 training sessions. 2 times per week for 4 weeks. Group Train Series C Consists of 4 training sessions with weekly check-ins with your personal trainer. 1 time per week for 4 weeks. |
