- 2 Personal Training Sessions each week
- 2 Group Classes each week of your choice
- 1 Nutrition Coaching Sessions (during week 1)

Lean and Clean: Training and Nutrition Program was developed by Chelcy Westphal, Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Integrative Yoga Instructor under the supervision of Lake Life Wellness Center.
This program will break down each week to focus on a different aspect of training and nutrition. Lean and Clean is appropriate for anyone who is wanting to reach their health and fitness goals the right way. With proper guidance of a training program, nutrition guidance, motivation, and community support you will be encouraged every step of the way.
