The New Moon is a time of new beginnings; to invite change and set intentions. We invite you to join us for an invigorating practice that will awaken, inspire, and align not only your physical body but your emotional body. 

This unique class will ignite the fire within through many heating postures and breath work. We will pause throughout the class to check-in with whatever arises throughout our flow and take moments to journal.
