Classes begin Tuesday, June 4th
Tuesday's & Thursday's 10:15-11:00 am
All classes will be held at the Heritage Ranch Community Large Pool
Water Aerobics is a great low impact workout and easy on joints. Each class incorporates cardiovascular endurance, postural training, mobility work, core engaging postures, and flexibility.
