Yoga Practices
Thursday's in March 3/2, 3/9, 3/16, 3/23, & 3/30 12:00-1:30pm This series will offer instruction in physical yoga postures(asana), breathing practices,(pranayama) and different meditation techniques, and will also include an overview of yoga theory. The goal is to move beyond a solely physical practice and experience in greater depth the mental and energetic benefits of yoga. Students of all levels are welcome. Registration for all 5 weeks is $45 for members and $50 for nonmembers.
