3/2, 3/9, 3/16, 3/23, & 3/30
This series will offer instruction in physical yoga postures(asana), breathing practices,(pranayama) and different meditation techniques, and will also include an overview of yoga theory. The goal is to move beyond a solely physical practice and experience in greater depth the mental and energetic benefits of yoga. Students of all levels are welcome.
Registration for all 5 weeks is $45 for members
and $50 for nonmembers.
