Yoga Strength Series
Tuesdays in December
12/5, 12/12, 12/19, 12/26
This series will focus on strengthening body and mind. Participants will learn techniques for toning different muscle groups, increasing balance and stability, and deepening concentration. Expect to work hard, relax deeply, and leave energized. This class is open to all levels.
Registration Required for series: 4 weeks $36 for Wellness Members
and $40 for Nonmembers.
